Return and refund policy

At ASSATTES, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer the following return options:

Return period

You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for returns

  • The goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • All accessories and documentation must be complete.
  • The original packaging must not be damaged.

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment, unless the goods are faulty or were delivered incorrectly.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following are excluded from returns:

  • Custom-made and customer-configured products
  • Items that are already assembled or installed
  • Damaged or incomplete returns

Please note: Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal . The return policy mentioned above is a voluntary goodwill arrangement by ASSAT TES UG.
