Review Policy – A.S.SAT TES UG

We welcome all customer reviews and take our customers' feedback seriously. To ensure the authenticity and quality of reviews, the following rules apply:

Who can submit a review?

Reviews can only be submitted by verified buyers who have actually purchased the product.

What we publish:

Positive and negative reviews equally
Objective and constructive criticism
Reviews in German and English

What we remove:

Insults, discrimination, or illegal content
Spam or fake reviews
Reviews unrelated to the product
Reviews from unverified buyers

Our commitment:

We do not manipulate reviews or publish fake positive reviews. This is in accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive (2022).

We strive to respond to every review – especially negative ones – professionally and promptly.
